Track everything that I put in my mouth.
- Aim for at least 7,500 steps per day.
- Aim to eat only between 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Fill 50% of your plate with vegetables at every meal.
- Drink a full glass of water before each meal.
- Prioritize protein at every meal (30g minimum).
- Get 7-8 hours of quality sleep.
- Wait 20 minutes after finishing your plate before deciding if you need more food.
- Do resistance training 3x weekly.
