Track everything that I put in my mouth.

  1. Aim for at least 7,500 steps per day.
  2. Aim to eat only between 10 AM and 6 PM.
  3. Fill 50% of your plate with vegetables at every meal.
  4. Drink a full glass of water before each meal.
  5. Prioritize protein at every meal (30g minimum).
  6. Get 7-8 hours of quality sleep.
  7. Wait 20 minutes after finishing your plate before deciding if you need more food.
  8. Do resistance training 3x weekly.
